- Clean your grease traps and drains on a daily basis
- Pull out and clean under your cooking equipment
- Store all food away in containers over night
- Keep garbage bays areas clean and free from clutter
- Clean cloths with hot clean water, to ensure you do not spread sugars over surfaces

- Set up a regular IPM program
- Use a flushing agent to find placesd of harbourage
- Apply dusting powder to cracks and crevices
- Apply gel under benches
- Apply a lo-odour spray to perimeters
